SELECTION OF STUDENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN DIRECT RESEARCH / CONSULTANCY ACTIVITIES AT PILOT COMPANIES FROM  ROMANIA,
Mobility in Lithuania, Kaunas, during 14-20 March 2016 within the project Erasmus Plus, Strategic Partnerships, no. 2014-1-RO01-KA203-002961 “Connection between accounting research, education and the employer’s needs within the European framework” (CAREER)[1]

I. Submission of the application file.

All applications will be filed until 4 March 2016 in electronic format (documents will be scanned and stored in a package with the name File_CAREER_name.surname at: , respectively in physical format to the contact person.

These will include the following documents:

  1. Letter of Intent (English) – filled in by the candidate, signed and submitted in original;
  2. European format CV with photo inserted, written in English (to be filled in, using the available template:
    http://europass.cedefop.europa.eu/europass/home/ hornav/Downloads/EuropassCV/CVTemplate.csp);
  3. Copy of the identity card;
  4. Academic transcript (original or copy – according to the original) or certificate for students, which specifies: grades/ credits;
  5. The recommendation of a university professor involved in the professional activity of the student;
  6. Optional – a document showing the knowledge of a foreign language: certificate of level of knowledge of English (TOEFL, Cambridge), certificate of proficiency achieved after graduating high school class of bilingual profile.

The submission of incomplete files or after the deadline, conducts to the automatic rejection of the candidate, without performing the next steps in the selection process.

II. Checking the knowledge of English language-eliminatory test.

Selection interview will take place on March 7, 2016 13:00 room 108.

SELECTION CRITERIA

The criteria will make the selection process are:

A. Eligibility

The candidate must meet the following requirements:

  1. – be registered in the partner university;
  2. – have not participated in the current academic year at a similar stage financed by European funds.

If any of the above conditions lead to automatic rejection of the dossier nomination.

B. Selection criteria:

  1. – to have good professional results in the previous academic year;
  2. – a good level of expertise, mobility and properly adapted to the requirements of the host company;
  3. – the recommendation of a university professor involved in their professional activity;
  4. – the ability to make assumptions and search methods justification;
  5. – the capacity for integration in the organizational culture of the company;
  6. – communication skills to disseminate information.
